Yep I agree. lets start the debate. "How do we measure national happiness, well-being, and social capital as they relate to the way we plan our neighbourhoods, towns and cities?"

I think you/we need to get out there and get subjective feedback from those people who live in the 'utopian' neighbourhoods as to whether or not they are working as planned.
